When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Cyprus.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after your order has been processed.
How will my order be delivered?
We use ACS courier services.
By default, parcels are delivered to the ACS pickup point closest to your address.
If you would prefer a different pickup location or home delivery, please contact us after placing your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days.
